Why you should call in!

With walls displaying local Matamata happenings, heroes and villains, it provides a comfortable ‘at your mate’s place’ feel.

The seasonal menu has legend dishes ranging from crispy pork belly, Kiwi favourite fish ‘n’ chips, OMG burger and home-made seafood chowder. Vegan, gluten-free and most dietary requirements are easily catered for.

The thirsty can enjoy a range of New Zealand wines and fantastic tap beers, including the Monteith’s range and international favourite Heineken, plus general manager Clifford Williams’ (the only Jamaican in Matamata) personally selected cocktail list.
